Enerco is a fast-growing Roads & Infra. firm in the UAE and operates an Asphalt Manufacturing Plant and a sizeable fleet of heavy machinery.

Role : HR Generalist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at ENERCO Contracting Co LLC located in Thouban Fujairah (10 mins from Al Dhaid, Sharjah). The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, and will report directly to the General Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reviewing manpower requirements from project/site managers
  • Posting job vacancies and screening candidates
  • Conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical interviews, preparing job offers and contracts
  • Addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Collating timesheets from site supervisors
  • Ensuring accurate salary processing and deductions (overtime, allowances, etc.)
  • Coordinating with finance for payroll execution
  • Handling employee insurance and benefits (medical, leave policies, end-of-service benefits)
  • Maintaining employee records (visas, labor cards, contracts, etc.)
  • Coordinating with PRO and ensure timely renewal of work permits and visas with
  • Preparing HR reports on workforce status, attendance etc.
  • 5 years experience needed in contracting Industry
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction site HR challenges
  • Experience in bulk hiring and workforce planning
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, overtime calculations, and employee benefits
  • Proficiency in HR software
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, labor-intensive industry
