Job Summary:

The HR Executive responsible for Middle East is tasked with overseeing and enhancing various human resource functions. This position requires the candidate who can manage payroll, day-to-day HR operations, fleet management, and public relations with government authorities. The HR Executive will ensure compliance with regional labor laws, foster employee engagement, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

What You’ll Do

As a HR Executive, you’ll be part of our team located in Dubai, UAE. You’ll get to:

1. Payroll Management:

  • Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.

2. HR Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

3. Fleet Management:

  • Coordinate and manage the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
  • Develop fleet policies and procedures to ensure safety and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor fleet expenses and prepare reports for management review.

4. PRO Experience:

  • Handle public relations and liaise with government authorities for compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure timely processing of visas, work permits, and other legal documents for employees.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and government bodies.

  • Proven 5 plus years’ experience in HR Operations in the Middle East region.
  • HR Experience at Saudi Arabia is an added advantage.
  • Arabic Language skills is preferred (not mandatory).
  • Self-starting, results-oriented individual who is team oriented.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations within the ME region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Compliance oriented and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong MS Excel, Workday & other related HRIS systems experience.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and priorities as well as deal with ambiguity.
