In this role, you will assist in various HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting employees throughout their journey at AHS. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Onboard new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and assist with payroll processing

Requirements
