Job description

We are looking for an HR Administrator with expertise in payroll processing, recruitment, and general HR functions to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded professional who can manage end-to-end payroll, support hiring activities, and contribute to overall HR operations.

Payroll Management:

  • Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain payroll records, including leave balances, benefits, and statutory deductions.
  • Handle payroll-related employee queries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with the finance team for disbursements.
  • Assist in end-of-service settlements, bonuses, and other compensation calculations.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and source top talent.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

HR Generalist Duties:

  • Support HR functions such as employee relations, policies, and compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in HR reporting, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate training sessions, engagement activities, and performance reviews.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration, payroll, and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
