Head of Quality (Factory)

Archibat HR is seeking a Head of Quality (Factory) for a Leading interior and furniture design firm to be based in their Dubai Headquarters.

Responsibilities

Oversees all factory quality processes, including health, safety, and ISO compliance, driving improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards across production.

Focus:

• Drives quality in production across all furniture manufactured by the company.
• Engages with the furniture design team to input quality angle at a design/prototype stage
• Responsible for quality, HS&E sign off in prototyping stage.
• Identifies areas of improvement in design, process and management including identify and implement training needs
• Ensure quality and safety standards on the factory floor.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean practices in manufacturing.
• Act as the primary quality contact for client inquiries related to factory operations.
