Head of Furniture Design

Archibat HR is seeking a Head of Furniture Design for a Leading interior and furniture design firm to be based in their Dubai Headquarters.

Responsibilities:

Strategic vs. Operational Focus:

• The Head of Furniture Design will focus on executing these strategies through design, managing creative processes, and refining product concepts into fully developed designs.
• The Head of Furniture Design will ensure design quality, aesthetics, and functionality, maintaining a seamless look and feel consistent with the company brand identity.

Industrialization & Scalability vs. Custom Project Delivery:

• The Head of Furniture Design will focus on managing custom client projects, delivering tailored solutions and supporting the Head of Product Development & Innovation by translating innovative concepts into executable designs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in furniture design, ideally in a large European or British furniture manufacturing company, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
