Head of Finance

The role involves financial strategy, cost optimization, compliance, risk management, and team leadership in the oil and gas sector.

Oversee financial activities, develop strategies, provide analysis, ensure compliance, and lead a finance team with strong analytical skills and financial knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

7. Leading the finance team

Experience in optimizing gross margins and CAC ratios; experience with Series A+ startups or VCs; preference for Google Sheets over Excel.

Manage financial statements, handle finance tasks, provide customer service, and ensure compliance with regulations in a multicultural environment.

Guide sales forecasting, manage partner relationships, provide market insights, and develop strategic plans while adhering to company policies.

Project Management: Lead and participate in special projects as required, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.

A chartered accountant, preferably with relevant experience.
