General Manager

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the company, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement business strategies that align with our company’s vision and growth objectives.
2. Lead and mentor a diverse team of real estate professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
3. Oversee operations, including sales, marketing, property management, and client relations.
4. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
5. Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance to ensure profitability and efficiency.
6. Monitor market trends, industry regulations, and competitive activity.
7. Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry IS A MUST, ideally a minimum of 5 years.
2. Strong knowledge of the real estate markets in Dubai.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to make data driven decisions and develop strategies for business growth.
5. Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
6. A hands-on approach with a passion for innovation and problem solving.
