A Front Desk Supervisor supervises activities at the hotel front desk, including check-in/check-out, guest requests, concierge services, and promotion of in-house activities.

What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee front office activities between guests, the hotel, and various departments. You will ensure the first impressions of our guests are positive and perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Supervise front desk operations during your shift
  • Ensure your team is knowledgeable about hotel products, services, pricing, promotional offers, VIP, and special events
  • Inform your team of any VIP guests or special events during your shift
  • Monitor team appearance, standards, and performance with an emphasis on training and teamwork
  • Maximize sales through up-selling and marketing programs
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance of the front desk
