Finance Business Partner

Support finance function in the International Region by driving business planning, performance management, and providing financial insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide financial advice, analyze budgets, support negotiations, and drive operational improvements to achieve revenue and profit targets.
2. Conduct financial analysis and reporting for international operations, collaborate on cost-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
3. Collaborate on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while managing a team to ensure compliance and enhance financial performance across retail operations.
4. Oversee and manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards specific to the manufacturing sector.
5. Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and communication materials while collaborating with stakeholders and improving processes using advanced analytical skills.
6. Responsible for financial control, cost analysis, budgeting, inventory management, and compliance, requiring a Master's degree and fluency in Arabic and English.
7. Lead value realization and service management, analyze trends, support initiatives, and possess strong financial management and reporting skills.
8. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting while ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards; Chartered Accountant preferred with financial software expertise.
9. Oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, prepare financial statements, manage audits, and lead a finance team with strong analytical and leadership skills.
10. Provide strategic financial leadership, manage budgeting and forecasting, conduct financial analysis, ensure compliance, and enhance business performance through effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
2. 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
3. 9 - 15 Years of relevant experience.
4. Experience in optimizing gross margins and CAC ratios.
5. Experience with Series A+ startups or VCs is a plus.
6. Preference for Google Sheets over Excel.
