Job Summary:

The Finance Administrator plays a vital role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and general financial administration efficiently. The Finance Administrator collaborates with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in processing supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies in financial transactions.
  • Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Assist in generating financial reports, including cash flow statements and balance sheets.
  • Provide support for audits by ensuring financial documentation is complete and accessible.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve invoicing and payment-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial controls.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial administration, with a strong focus on invoicing.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero).
