Job description

Seddiqi Holding is a Family-owned and managed company with a unique, diversified portfolio of businesses and brands across numerous sectors. The business includes Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, Seddiqi Properties, Swiss Watch Services and Mizzen.

We are looking for an Executive Administration for one of our Business Units - Swiss Watch Services to deliver the best possible Service to customers by accepting jobs and delivering and dispatching repaired items in a professional and timely manner. Provide essential support to the administrative team as a floater during peak workloads or team absences, while managing the new project and handling overseas shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles new projects, follows all relevant processes, standard operating procedures and ensuring that all requirements are met on time.
  • Processes local and overseas incoming shipments to streamline the process and reduce the possibility of errors or delays.
  • Follows all relevant processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that customer queries are handled in a consistent manner.
  • Appears courteous, patient and helpful and follows all standards set for query handling at all times in order to maintain the image of the brand and our company.
  • Refers any issues/ escalations to Admin Team Leader or Customer Support In charge or Manager to ensure timely resolution.
  • Displays team spirit and cooperate with peers to ensure a collegial environment and hence add to the experience of working with SWS
  • Follows up and always keeps stakeholders updated on their queries or service requests.
  • Supports the remainder Administration Team during busy periods or when team members are on leave in either dispatch, following up on Sub dealer repairs, including job card creation and estimate submittal etc.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of job related experience.
  • High School or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
