Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Events Sales Manager at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

1. Financial Responsibilities
   • Contribute to achieving departmental revenue goals.
   • Support the department head in preparing weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
2. Operational Responsibilities
   • Manage on-site operations during events to oversee execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to event objectives.
3. Business Planning
   • Collaborate with the Head of Events to identify new business opportunities and implement a clear sales strategy to drive growth across DHE assets.
   • Schedule client meetings and document outcomes using available CRM tools.
4. People Management
   • Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on continuous basis by keeping team members motivated.
   • Ensure colleagues and partners are timely informed of changes and developments within the sales department to maintain a smooth communication and guest experience.

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Showcase the ability to negotiate and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Aim to achieve business goals and objectives for the sales department.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as event agencies, destination management companies, brands, and government entities to maximize efficiency and execution.
• Manage CRM systems and communications processes.
• Be responsible for updating weekly sales reports.
