ENGINEERING SUPPORT

Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities related to assigned accounts, as well as managing the local team dedicated to these accounts. This includes preparing proposals for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Services, handling work order execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves coordinating internal and external resources, offering first-line support for logged issues, and continually striving to improve team efficiency and productivity. In addition, the position involves managing key client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. First-line support for after-sales services.
2. Crafting quotations and proposals for maintenance requests.
3. Strategizing operational plans for deploying necessary manpower.
4. Providing detailed instructions on maintenance scopes, timelines, and locations.
5. Conducting site visits prior to job commencement.
6. Monitoring work order progress for dedicated team members.
7. Direct involvement in sourcing and procurement activities.
8. Coordinating with freight forwarders and suppliers for seamless operations.
9. Managing necessary work permits for site-related tasks.
10. Regular preparation of monthly reports.
11. Daily updates on NetSuite for efficient tracking.
12. Active participation in client meetings.
13. Support in tender and submittal preparations.
14. Initiating and following up on maintenance proposals.
15. Contributing to departmental revenues.
