We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Engineer - Maritime to join our dynamic team. This role is part of our Emiratization program, aimed at developing local talent in the field of maritime engineering. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in civil and maritime engineering projects, working alongside experienced professionals to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of maritime infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of maritime and coastal engineering projects.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and technical assessments.
• Support senior engineers in preparing reports, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Participate in professional development and training programs to enhance technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (specialization in Maritime/Coastal Engineering is a plus).
• Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in civil or maritime engineering.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
