Position Title: Director, Partner Management

Your Role

The Regional Director role leads the Franchise Partner businesses across Dubai. The role serves as the senior point of contact for Franchise partners and home office cross-functional teams. Leading with a customer-centric lens, they will have a holistic understanding of the partner business and be responsible for growth and execution of the brand in the market. The role will focus on both the in-season performance (through leading the Regional Team) and achieving the long-term growth plan of the market.

Your Impact

Talent / Culture

  • Develop and lead the Regional team (comprised of Commercial Manager, Store Operations, Ecommerce, Marketing, Visual and Business Operations) through talent development, team building, and advocacy.
  • Share key insights across regions to expedite the transfer of knowledge and adoption of best practices across all partners.
  • Be the VS point person for Franchise partners, Regional teams, and VSI Brand Team.
  • Hold partner teams accountable to all aspects of the Victoria’s Secret Brand.
  • Foster an inclusive culture of collaboration and innovation.

Strategy / Growth

  • Define, execute, and achieve the 4-year growth plan in collaboration with Franchise partners to ensure brand building and profitability.
  • Collaboratively establish and lead the annual “Top 4” initiatives inclusive of plans/timelines to achieve each goal.
  • Lead bi-annual Business Planning Meetings and monthly business reviews (in collaboration with Franchise partners and Regional team).
  • Own new store/site P&L approval and performance post-opening; liaise with critical internal VS&Co constituents (e.g., Store Design, Construction, Real Estate) to enable profitable new markets and new stores.
  • Leverage market potential assessment with Franchise partners to influence the approach to the growth plan.
  • Support and execute VSG initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Work with internal partners including finance and legal (as needed) on contract renewals, changes, etc.

Brand Development

  • Responsible for consistent delivery of the brand in partnership with Regional team and Franchise partner across all functional disciplines.
  • Know the customer and competition to inform the market strategies, both short-term and long-term.
  • Innovate on new ways to elevate and amplify the brand locally through marketing, store operations, digital experience, etc.
  • Be the liaison between VSG Customer team and partner for (bi-)annual execution of customer research.
  • Support Commercial Manager with localization and execution of Brand Strategies with Franchise partner.
  • Provide regional feedback on Brand Strategy / Floorset performance and execution (in partnership with other Regional team members).
  • Support regional hindsight during key periods.
