Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Customer Service Executive to be based in Dubai.

To comply with Emiratisation, our client is required to hire 100% nationals from the UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Ensure an efficient service to customers by responding promptly and effectively to all customer queries.
  • Efficient handling of inquiries by telephone, mail, fax, and e-mail.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
  • Prepare reports as needed for management.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
