China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Contracts Manager to lead the Contracts & Commercial team in a newly awarded High Rise Towers Project in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor contracts and solve contract-related problems with other parties and in cooperation with internal departments.
- Present and communicate with stakeholders about contract-related matters; be a key person for the project and work closely with project leaders.
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation related to contracts; deal with clients, PMC, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain relationships, negotiate commercial aspects, and resolve variation works.
- Evaluate and execute a wide variety of different contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12+ years of relevant work experience.
