Coordinate and supervise the building of all types in the residential sector especially Villas and High Rise Towers Projects for the business. The construction manager must have a deep understanding of all facets of the building process, from the initial planning and foundational work through to project completion
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in construction or civil engineering
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
10+years experience In construction with high rise towers and villas
Must be in the UAE with UAE experience minimum 5 years
Must have experience working on Emaar projects in the UAE.
