About Us: We are a newly established longevity clinic in Dubai, dedicated to providing advanced healthcare services focused on promoting healthy aging and enhancing quality of life.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to ensure our clinic operates in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our clinic by overseeing compliance activities and fostering a culture of ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and regularly review compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with UAE healthcare regulations and international best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to healthcare services, patient privacy, and financial transparency. Advise management on necessary updates to compliance frameworks.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Training and Education: Coordinate and deliver compliance training programs for staff to promote awareness of regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including training sessions, audits, and investigations. Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies as required.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors. Manage relationships with relevant authorities and ensure timely submissions of compliance reports.
  • Incident Management: Investigate compliance breaches or violations, develop corrective action plans, and ensure their timely implementation across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications in compliance or healthcare management is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a clinical or medical setting. Experience in the UAE healthcare sector is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and international healthcare compliance standards.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
