About the Role

The role focuses on business growth in the Middle East through strategy implementation, opportunity identification, and contract management. Key responsibilities include bidding, client relations, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. It also involves mentoring teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement business strategy and identify new opportunities in the Middle East.
  • Lead and manage the bidding process for new projects and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
  • Analyze market trends to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards.
  • Manage and mentor sales and business development teams.
  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to obligations.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in bidding and winning contracts in Middle East
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience in the commercial aspects of project management
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and policies in Middle East
