Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at Mai Dubai Bottled Drinking Water
The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies to attract, hire, and onboard talent within the organization. This position requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of recruitment trends and best practices.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and improve onboarding processes.
- Conduct market research and talent insights analysis to inform recruitment strategies and employer branding.
- Recruitment Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate recruitment campaigns across various channels (digital, job boards, social media, etc.) to promote job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to produce job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with organizational needs.
- Onboarding Process:
- Oversee and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Work closely with HR to develop training materials and orientation programs.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor recruitment metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze candidate performance and feedback to adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with HR, department heads, and external partners to ensure alignment in recruitment and onboarding strategies.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
Qualifications & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.
Knowledge
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment trends and best practices.
