- Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting from Sales to gross margin.
- Perform monthly financial closing activities.
- Monitor and analyze Gross Margin performance by Brand, Market, Channel, and key account.
- Organize monthly Gross Margin performance review with commercial team.
- Calculate and track the monthly provisions on returns and rebates.
- Implement controls and processes for Gross Sales to Net Sales cost.
- Conduct detailed analysis of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by market, customer, brand, and SKU to identify margin improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and challenge freight-in costs and excess & obsolete inventory.
- Lead the Pricing process.
- Control intercompany sales and margin.
- Analyze ROI for new openings and launches.
- Contribute to regional budget execution and suggest performance improvements.
- Facilitate communication between finance and other departments.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of reporting processes as per Group deliverables.
- Implement and maintain reporting and controlling standards.
- Ensure business controls are in place to safeguard business activities, and that procedures and processes are documented and conform to Group standards and rules.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and manage special projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
- CPA or ACCA certification is an advantage
- 5/6 years of experience in Finance, ideally with Finance operational experience and high business acumen.
- Communication skills and assertiveness/agility and business acumen.
