Position Overview:

The client is currently seeking experienced Property Advisors at associate, senior, and director levels. Candidates will be joining a company that is recognized for excellence, innovation, and the highest standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build & Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
  2. Property Listings: Develop and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring effective marketing to attract potential buyers.
  3. Sales & Negotiations: Handle sales transactions from start to finish, including negotiation and contract signing.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice.
  5. Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring personalised and professional support throughout the buying or selling process.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.
  2. Fluency in English is essential; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  3. Experience working with international clients or a willingness to engage with a global clientele.
