What You’ll Be Doing

This is a pivotal role that keeps our business running smoothly, helping us make informed decisions, stay compliant, and fuel growth. Here’s what you’ll handle day-to-day:

• Preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and cost accounting reports
• Compiling and analyzing financial data to prepare accurate general ledger entries and document key transactions
• Maintaining and improving accounting control systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Monitoring financial accuracy across internal systems and identifying gaps or discrepancies
• Reviewing and reconciling revenue, expense, payroll, and invoicing records to ensure clean books
• Analyzing spending trends and supporting budgeting decisions to maintain financial health and expenditure control
• Explaining financial policies and billing queries to staff, vendors, and clients with clarity and professionalism
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors, ensuring audits are completed efficiently and accurately
• Supporting the development and maintenance of financial databases and accounting software systems to enhance reporting and performance

Who We’re Looking For

• You have strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost control principles, and financial analysis

• You communicate clearly and can confidently explain financial policies to internal and external stakeholders
• You’re organized, proactive, and can manage multiple financial processes and deadlines at once
• You’re flexible and open to working a varied schedule when needed to meet key business deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
